📦 Shipping Within Australia

• Free Express Shipping – Orders over $99 are sent via Express Post (approx. 1–2 business days with tracking).

• Orders Under $99:

  • Under $49 → Sent by Standard Post, approx. 3–5 business days. Fixed rate: $9.95.

  • $49 and above → Sent by Standard Post, approx. 3–5 business days. FREE delivery.

  • Upgrade option: Any order under $99 can be sent Express Post, approx. 1–2 business days. Fixed rate: $14.95.

🌍 International Delivery (Outside Australia)

• All international orders are sent by Air Mail with tracking. Approx. 7–14 business days delivery depending on location.

• USA Customers: Import tariff is already calculated and payable at checkout – no extra fees on delivery.

• Other countries: Please note import taxes, VAT, or customs duties may apply. These are the buyer’s responsibility if charged.

Due to national postal strike action by the Canadian Union of Postal Workers, Australia Post services to and from Canada are temporarily suspended as of 29 September 2025.
