Order Processing & Dispatch
For quick delivery, place your order before 2:00 pm AEST, Monday to Friday, for same-day dispatch on business days, excluding Queensland public holidays.
Orders placed after the daily cut-off, on weekends or on public holidays will generally be dispatched on the next business day.

FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING ON AUSTRALIAN ORDERS OF $99 AUD OR MORE.
All qualifying Australian orders are dispatched via Australia Post Express Post with online delivery tracking.
Estimated Express Post delivery time is approximately 1–2 business days, depending on your location.
Australian Orders Under $99 AUD
The following delivery options are available for orders below $99 AUD:
- Orders under $49 AUD: Standard Post with online tracking for a flat delivery charge of $9.95 AUD. Estimated delivery time is approximately 3–5 business days.
- Orders from $49 to $98.99 AUD: FREE Standard Post with online tracking. Estimated delivery time is approximately 3–5 business days.
- Optional Express Post Upgrade: Available for Australian orders under $99 AUD for a flat delivery charge of $14.95 AUD. Estimated delivery time is approximately 1–2 business days.

International Shipping & Delivery
FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ON ORDERS OF $99 AUD OR MORE.
We offer international Standard Air Mail delivery with tracking on eligible orders valued at $99 AUD or more, at no additional shipping charge.
For international orders below $99 AUD, Standard Air Mail delivery with tracking is available for a flat shipping charge of $20 AUD.
International orders are dispatched directly from iCandy Scissors HQ in Surfers Paradise, Queensland, Australia.
Estimated international delivery time is approximately 7–14 business days, depending on the destination, postal services and customs processing.
International Customs, Import Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, VAT, GST or other taxes imposed by the destination country.
