📦 Shipping Within Australia

• Free Express Shipping – Orders over $99 are sent via Express Post (approx. 1–2 business days with tracking).

• Orders Under $99:

  • Under $49 → Sent by Standard Post, approx. 3–5 business days. Fixed rate: $9.95.

  • $49 and above → Sent by Standard Post, approx. 3–5 business days. FREE delivery.

  • Upgrade option: Any order under $99 can be sent Express Post, approx. 1–2 business days. Fixed rate: $14.95.

🌍 International Delivery (Outside Australia)

• All international orders are sent by Air Mail with tracking. Approx. 7–14 business days depending on location.

• USA Customers: Import tariff is already calculated and included in your purchase price – no extra fees on delivery.

• Other countries: Please note import taxes, VAT, or customs duties may apply. These are the buyer’s responsibility if charged.

📦↩️  Uncollected International Deliveries

If an order is returned to us because it was uncollected, refused, or undeliverable, the following applies:

• Outbound shipping costs are non-refundable (including where free delivery was offered — our shipping cost will be deducted from the refund).

• A 15% restocking fee applies.

• Any return courier fees if applicable will be deducted from the refund.

• Pre-paid duties and taxes if applicable paid at checkout cannot be reimbursed by customs and will also be deducted from your refund.

• Refunds are processed only once the parcel is safely returned to our warehouse.

• Customers may choose to have the order reshipped instead of refunded by contacting our team and arranging payment for the new shipping costs.
